Tesseract, maybe?

For those who haven’t finished their holiday shopping, this is Super Saturday, but if you can’t shop today, there are stores that are staying open for longer hours.

In particular, Kohl’s, which is, according to the advertisement, going to stay open continually from now up until 6:00PM on Christmas Eve (170+ straight hours). The same information was posted in bold letters on the front doors of the local store, too.

As I was returning home from shopping there coincidentally (at the reasonable hour of 11:30AM, but I digress), I heard the same ad on the radio. What I found humorous was the quiet disclaimer at the end of the ad: Depending on the store, hours may vary.

My question: how does continual 24/7 hours vary?

Just thought I’d give everyone something to lighten the mood and ponder as the clock ticks down.  Wishing everyone  a joyous holiday season.

Happy Christmas!

About pedometergeek

A pharmacist by profession, a haiku poet by nature, I read and write. I have a book of haiku, Ohayo Haiku, and another somewhat alternative haiku book, Three Breaths, but write other genres. I also read...lots of novels! My favorite is, and remains, Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged but I am also a big Harry Potter fan. I truly am a pedometer geek strapping on my pedometer as soon as I awaken.
